Comment: This is the small cattage which the James Post family called "Postscript." It was used for parties and as a guest house. It also was used during the colder months when members of the family visited Brookhaven, after the main house (which was unheated) was closed up. This house also had no central heating, but was more easily heated with stoves.

The cottage appears small when viewed from the front. However satellite images reveal extensive additions to the rear.
